At Bigelow Tea, we strive to ensure every cup is perfect, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea boxes or accessories that have been used.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unopened tea products in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our distribution center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
